This post is part of the sampler quilt class I am teaching. Feel free to read or skip. :)
***If you are participating in the class - you DON'T want to skip this one***
Fabric requirements at the BOTTOM of this post!
-->
This class will focus on basic
quilt making skills for anyone who
would like to learn, regardless of
experience. The plan is to learn one new classic block/technique
each session, then learn how to finish those blocks into a sampler quilt, pillow,
wall hanging, hot pad, etc during our last few sessions. Most of the sewing will (hopefully) be
completed during class. There will
also be instructions for alternate blocks using the same technique learned in
each session.
We will be meeting at 7:00 pm at my house every 1st and 3rd Thursday - WITH A FEW EXCEPTIONS (Spring Break, Independence Day, and one week in August when I'll be on vacation with the hubby - these classes have been moved to a different week)
Bring your sewing machines and your fabric. We should have all the rest of the supplies covered. :)
--> Block Schedule/Class Dates(The first block shown under each date is the block we will make in class. The second/third blocks are the alternate blocks. These are extra blocks that use a similar technique and I will provide instructions for you to make them on your own, if you would like.)
